The problem

File backup has been one of our product’s key value prop since launch. Customers come to our product seek to securely store and manage their photos and videos of moments in their life. While the same time, we see a pattern of iCloud users approach us to address their concerns of missing files in the gallery. This is not issue with our app, but how can we provide a solution to help our user in this case?
