Overview

Memories has been a consumer-facing mobile app to help user backup, organize and optimize photo/videos. It’s part of the Asurion value-add product to our insurance customers. Early this year, the product team saw the opportunity of expanding our product into broader photography service to help our customers on more scenarios. To provide a truly personalized and valuable service to anyone who takes photos. and create WOW moments that address pain points and continuously elevate people’s photography experience


Research

In order to understand what are some… we conducted research that targeted to our primary customer segmentations to gain more insights.

Target customers: Upscale Techies, Young Technovators, who is between the age of 18 to 55, mostly has families and familiar with technology.
